Legal information
Cookies and local storage
Version of 1 October 2026
Draft · pending legal review. This text is a working version, to be validated by counsel before the platform opens to clients. Details in [brackets] are still to be completed.
CAP10INSURANCE sets no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no third party tracker. There is therefore no consent banner to display: there is nothing to consent to.
What the site actually stores
The public pages of this site store nothing in your browser. The platform, in a pre-launch test phase and reached only by invitation or through a test entry, uses your browser storage once you log in, and sets no cookie:
- Your session, kept by Supabase Auth in local storage under the key cap10insurance.platform.auth. It holds the tokens that keep you logged in, your account identifier and your email address. It is erased when you log out.
- Your language preference, under cap10insurance.platform.lang, and the organization you last worked in, under cap10insurance.platform.org, both in local storage.
- In session storage, the fact that you dismissed the two step verification reminder. It disappears when you close the tab.
These entries are strictly necessary for the platform to work and are read by no third party. Without them, you would have to log in again on every page.
What the site does not do
- No analytics tool, no advertising identifier, no social network pixel.
- No cross site tracking, no resale of browsing behaviour.
- No third party video or map embedded in the pages.
Third party requests
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser then contacts Google servers, which receive your IP address and the page address. No cookie is set by this loading. The rest of the site resources, images and logos included, are served from our own domain. Once you are logged in, the platform also exchanges directly with Supabase, which hosts its authentication, its database and its files.
How to take back control
Delete the site data from your browser settings at any time; this also logs you out of the platform. You can block local storage: the public pages and their forms stay fully usable, but the platform can then no longer keep you logged in.
Changes
If an analytics tool became necessary when the platform opens to the public, this page would be updated and an explicit choice would be offered before anything is set.
