These terms govern the use of the CAP10INSURANCE site, of its forms and of its platform during the pre-launch phase. By using the site, sending a form or using a platform account, you accept them.

What CAP10INSURANCE is today

CAP10INSURANCE is in pre-launch and is not open to the public. Its platform is in a test phase: its connected spaces are reached only by invitation or through a test entry. The public site offers a priority access form and a contact form, which record your details and the context of your request.

The screens shown on the home page are a preview of the product in preparation. The data they display are examples of structure and describe neither a real professional nor a real offer.

Status of CAP10INSURANCE

CAP10INSURANCE is a technology platform for introductions. CAP10 does not act as an insurer and does not present itself as a broker or a regulated adviser, unless that legal capacity is actually established in the jurisdiction concerned and announced as such. Cover, terms and advice are provided by the licensed professionals concerned, under their own responsibility.

CAP10 underwrites no risk and carries no insurance commitment.
CAP10 produces no quotation, no rate and no cover recommendation.
CAP10 does not publish your brief and does not sell contact lists.
CAP10 guarantees neither price, nor acceptance, nor availability of a professional.

How a request will work

Your file is sent only to the licensed insurers or brokers you select. Each of them decides freely whether to make a proposal.
Comparison labels are calculated from the proposals received and from your own priorities. They are not a recommendation: for advice, ask the insurer or broker.
Selecting a proposal does not put cover in place. Cover exists only once the insurer or its authorised representative confirms it.
You pay the premium directly to the insurer or broker, using their payment instructions. CAP10 never receives your premium.

How CAP10 is paid

CAP10 is paid by participating insurers and brokers for the use of the platform. This does not change your premium and does not depend on the proposal you choose. The final terms of this remuneration are subject to legal review.

Your details and accounts

You undertake to provide accurate information, in particular about your markets and specialities if you are an insurance professional. Platform accounts are reserved for aviation and insurance professionals and require an accurate business email address. An account is personal: keep your password to yourself.

Leaving your details involves no payment and binds you to nothing. We may disregard a request in case of clearly false information, automated use or harm to the service.

Your content

You remain the owner of the information you file. You grant us the strictly necessary right to host and process it in order to provide the service described here. Risk briefs and contractual documents are neither published, nor indexed, nor shared outside the intended journey.

Intellectual property

The CAP10AVIATION and CAP10INSURANCE trademarks and the other trademarks of the ecosystem, the logos, the texts and the interface of the site are protected. Any reproduction without authorisation is forbidden. Manufacturer, engine and aircraft names quoted are used descriptively and belong to their respective holders.

Liability

The site is provided as is during the pre-launch phase. We do our utmost to keep it available and its content accurate, without being able to guarantee the absence of interruption or error. Our liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage resulting from use of the site.

Changes and applicable law

These terms will evolve when the marketplace opens, in particular on introduction rules and provider verification. People who asked to be notified are informed before any significant change. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The competent forum (courts of Dubai, DIFC Courts or arbitration) is to be confirmed during legal review.
